Optimizing the food freezing process for maximum product quality—Freezing Software Update

The results of Project #144 have been published in WFLO Research Summary #2003-01.

Objectives:

#144A — To incorporate the results of WFLO Research Project #144 into the existing WFLO Industrial-Scale Food Freezing Simulation Software.

#144B — To translate the computer code for the software to Java code for use on the WFLO website.

This software will be available for demonstration at the 2007 Annual Convention.
